Power Apps for Admins connector and usesPremiumApi property

I've been using the CoE toolkit and noticed a few Power Apps where showing they used Premium APIs, after investigating the apps they weren't. For example one only had a SharePoint connection.

Looking at the Power Automate Flow in the CoE Toolkit (Admin | Sync Template v2 (Apps)) it uses the Power Apps for Admins connector witht the 'Get Apps as Admin' step to return all the apps. The flow is then using the usesPremiumApi property to determine if it uses a premium API.

There is no mention of this property in the connection documentation here - Power Apps for Admins - Connectors | Microsoft Docs

Anyone have any ideas why this is returning true for Power Apps that don't have a premium API connection?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I did a test for you but did not encounter a similar problem and it worked.

When I only have a sharepoint connection, it shows false.

When I have a sharepoint connection and a sql server connection, it shows true.

When I removed the sql server connection, it changed back to false.

Please check whether all premium connections are deleted and make sure you have saved and published the app.

If it still shows true, please try to create a blank app. Maybe this is not a common problem.

    Thanks for looking Wearsky.

After further investigation, the app has a connection to CDS. This is not showing in the CoE toolkit as a connection. I will raise this on their GitHub site. Thanks
