Power Virtual Agent chatbot inside the Microsoft team is very slow.
We recently started using this chatbot functionality in our organization. It is still in development state.
Only 3-4 users are using this now. I am not sure why the bot response time is very slow even at this stage itself.
Please provide one solution
Could you provide more information? What do your trigger phrases look like? What does the Bot structure look like? What do you mean that it is "very slow"? Is it consistently slow or only slow when responding to one or two keywords?
I see issue with initial greeting(Microsoft provided) itself. Bot is taking 3-5 seconds to respond to the greeting.
That's pretty typical timing and I don't think there is any way to improve it.
