    Hi @Perez,

Could you please show a bit more about the Pivot table that you mentioned? Could you please share an sample of it?

Do you want to add a pivot table from an excel file into the Body of an email?

If you want to add a pivot table from an excel file into the Body of an email, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently. If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

Currently, we could only add an normal format Excel table into the Body of an email. The normal format Excel table as below:8.JPG

If you want to add a normal format Excel table into the Body of an email, I think the "Create HTML table" action could achieve your needs. Please check and see if the following thread would help in your scenario:

    Best regards,

    Kris
