AI Builder Form processor, showing out put for one column as [[error]]

Hi all,

i have a Form processor, which extracts 2 items,1 table from the documnets scanned.

while extracting the table in the 1st column its showing values as [[error]]-(see image doubt 1). i dont understand why, coz remaining fields are showing the data normally.

what went wrong with this field.???

In the other forum they said, maybe issues with model itself i didn't found any ,while testing the model in AI Model environment its extracting the data normally as shown in image(screen shot 29)

hey @samiak
i created another column and used retrained the model by tagging all the PO Number values to the new column. this solved my issue.
I guess there is seriously some thing wrong with the 1st column in any of the model( i faced the same issues with 3 other models also).
