Hi All,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum or has already been answered previously.......

I have a flow which perofrms the following:

Whe a new feed back form is submitted reads the responces and depending on the for responces generates a document from various templates, saves to a sharepont DL and emails a link to the required user(s).

All is working fine, except when I try to use the form option to select multipul option for a responce.

For the staff recognition process the user can select more than one area (Inovation etc.)

When I pass this to the template is shows as the following:

Company Values: ["Innovative","Accountable"]

Even if only one option is selected :

Company Values: ["Empowering"]

I have tried all of the option fo rthe fiel settings in the template but no difference.

??

    THanks for the infor Bacao,

Unfortunitly this is not working for me either?

This is only happening in the Word Template as the Email generation is fine:

    Values displayed:["Accountable","Respectful","Inclusive"]

However the Word document generated is:

What Company Values has this team exemplified:["Accountable","Respectful","Inclusive"]

The document field is a plain text field (I have tried rich text etc) from the Developer tab in word when generating the template as a .doc file, but always the same issue.

This is the only part of the document formatting that is not working.

    Hi @Martok867 ,

I think what you mentioned should be the format shown below:

    55.PNG

If you want data in the format "Option 1, Option 2", please refer to the method provided in this similar Thread.

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Saving-multiple-checkboxes-values-from-forms-to-excel/m-p/259115#M26119

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,
