How do I convert my sharepoint list into PDF and then send it to users using power automate.

When I searched online someone was suggesting to use CloudMersive Document Conversion and apparently thats a Premium service.

Is there another way to convert my Sharepoint List into PDF

There are lots of possibilities, but here's one:

Use power automate to generate the content you want in an html table (use variables in the flow, including "append to string variable").

Then, save that as an html file to onedrive. Once in OneDrive, the OneDrive connector has a convert file action, which can convert the html file to pdf.

Of course, I'd first go back to the business users and ask why they're trying to work with PDFs instead of just linking to the source data.

You can convert your SharePoint list to a PDF and send it to users using Power Automate without needing a premium service.

    Example Flow:
    1. Trigger: When an item is created in SharePoint List
    2. Action: Get items from SharePoint List ==> "Get items" action
    3. Action: Create HTML table from list items ==> "Create HTML table" action
    4. Action: Create file in OneDrive with HTML content ==> "Create file" action in OneDrive for Business
    5. Action: Convert file from HTML to PDF in OneDrive ==> "Convert file" action
    6. Action: Create file in SharePoint with PDF content ==> "Create file" action in SharePoint
    7. Action: Send email with PDF attachment (optional)

This process allows you to convert your SharePoint list to a PDF and save it in SharePoint or send it via email without needing premium services.

All the below given suggestions are valid, but for my situation I have used a word document (which requires premium services)

Creating a word document is a challenge.
Open Word => FIle => Options => Customize the ribbon => Select Developer

It will enable these for you

Your posted requirement was not to use a Premium connector ? I assume this is solved.
