Copy Powerapps Application

We created PowerApps system that helps in data reporting. the creator of that app lift the company and he is the only one that have the authority to edit or modify that app. and we need to create some modifications to the app but i can't open it .

how can i take editable copy to modify what i need ?

You need to be Power Platform admin to perform these activities, If not raise a ticket with your IT team
Go to Admin center
Open the Environment where Power app is created
Click on Power Apps from Resources
This would list all the power apps then you can share the Power App with other member as co-owner to edit the app

You could also set-up starter kit which got the tool to grant permissions to the apps and flows when someone leave the company
