Hi,

I created an App that is scheduling appointments in Outlook.
It works for me, but not if another user is using it.

Oddly, they can send e-mail, but not invites.

Here is the code:

Office365Outlook.V4CalendarPostItem(
 "Calendar",
        "Lunch Date " & varUserProfile.DisplayName & "/" & First(colNewMatches).Mitarbeiter.DisplayName , //Betreff
 DateAdd(
 DateTimeValue(Text(dp_DatePicker.SelectedDate, "[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd") & "T12:00:00"),
 TimeZoneOffset(),
 TimeUnit.Minutes
 ),
 DateAdd(
 DateTimeValue(Text(dp_DatePicker.SelectedDate, "[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd") & "T13:00:00"),
 TimeZoneOffset(),
 TimeUnit.Minutes
 ),
 "Central European Standard Time",
 {
            body:" ",
            location: "Kantine",
            requiredAttendees: First(colNewMatches).Mitarbeiter.Email

        }
);

I also tried this one:

ClearCollect(colCalendars, Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTablesV2());

Set(varUserCalendarId,
LookUp(
 Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTablesV2().value,
 name = "Calendar" || "Kalender"
 ).id
);

Office365Outlook.V4CalendarPostItem(
            varUserCalendarId,
        "Lunch Date " & varUserProfile.DisplayName & "/" & First(colNewMatches).Mitarbeiter.DisplayName , //Betreff
        Text(dp_DatePicker.SelectedDate, "[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd") & "T12:00:00",
        Text(dp_DatePicker.SelectedDate, "[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd") & "T13:00:00",
            "Central European Standard Time",

        {
            body:" ",
            location: "Kantine",
            requiredAttendees: First(colNewMatches).Mitarbeiter.Email

        }
        );

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

    There is no error, it just happens nothing. I am sending an e-mail afterwards, this works perfectly regardless the person who is using the App.

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
        First(colNewMatches).Mitarbeiter.Email,
        "Lunch Date " & varUserProfile.DisplayName & "/" & First(colNewMatches).Mitarbeiter.DisplayName,
        "Congratulations! You have a Lunch Date on " & Text(dp_DatePicker.SelectedDate, "[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd"),
        {
            Importance: "Normal",
            BodyType: "HTML"
        };
