Hello everyone,

We want to intergate pva chatbot to our backend. The backend plays a role of users. We hope to send message from backend to pva and capture the response of pva and send it back to backend. is there any solution for this specific need ? Thanks for your help.

Hi @Anonymous

You can integrate with a Copilot Studio bot through its APIs and be able to fake end-user messages to receive responses from Copilot Studio.

Thank you very much for your help, @HenryJammes . I tried what you said in the link, and it works well except the last step with GET. The state of GET request is 200 OK, but in the response body, i got "text": "Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel.", which is supposed to be the response of PVA. Do you have any idea of this ? Thanks again for your help.

I see - does your bot require authentication? Then I assume you also need to handle this through APIs.
