Using Power Apps in MS Teams and Dataverse, how do I have a people picker in the app to write to the Dataverse table? I want the ability to pick from anyone in the company.

Hello @send2mark,

As per OOB Behavior you can only pick the USER who is available in DataVerse(who is have license) from User Table. If you want to use this, please create a LOOKUP(USER) field in Respective Entity to access User Details.

If not Create a Separate CUSTOM Table and Sync the Office 365 user to Custom Table using Microsoft Flow.

Then Create a Lookup (CUSTOM Table) with Respective Entity to achieve the same.

Hi @send2mark ,

If you were utilizing a full Dataverse environment you could accomplish this by creating a security group in Azure AD with all of your members. Note, this must be static membership right now but Dynamic membership is coming soon... You can then relate this security group to your environment and the users will flow down to the User table whether they have a license or not.
