Is there a way to implement Microsoft Teams UI kit in Power Apps?

I know there is a Teams theme (based on Fluent UI) when you use the Teams integration for Power Apps approach. But this isn't particular for pro Dev & ISV setup. I would like to make use of the available theme or know how to get and implement Microsoft Teams UI kit in Power Apps.

Some help or guidance would be appreciated.
