Hello, I've created and been using a model-driven app for a few months now. I normally make changes to the data using the Excel Online function without any issues.

As of yesterday, I've been getting this white screen. I've cleared my cache, used Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Incognito/Private... MAC and PC. I also have confirm the connections within Power Apps is correct. Nothing seems to be working. Any insight would help!!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @jalinn_msp4,

This is strange indeed, seems like a platform issue... best bet is to submit a Microsoft Support Ticket at Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com). Good luck!

I am getting the same behavior.   Very frustrating.  Never used to have this issue but just started last week.

    Hi,

In case of others facing the same problem here is how I got this fixed.
The problem in our case was the new preview feature "Try the new look and feel".
When this was turned off the excel online started to work again.

Thanks for your response!   I turned off the "Try new look and feel" but that didn't help.  I had also turned on the "Modern share on views and dashboards" feature.  That had to be turned off too.  Now I can once again use the Open in Excel Online feature.  That one is critical to make Dataverse Data management easily useable for those of us coming from Sharepoint.

Did you try clearing all your browser cache? If so, best bet is to submit a Microsoft Support Ticket at Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com). Good luck!
