Hi,

We have made a custom Power Apps Model-Driven app that works in offline mode. We have 6 workers using the app, all with the same device. One of the workers is getting errors when synchronizing the data. This specific worker had issues before with the synchronization, and we couldn't find the issue, so we uninstalled the Power Apps application and installed it again. It was working fine for a while until he got the error again.

The specific error is:

Internal issue while downloading your data (Error code: 2006)

But looking at Web service error codes | Microsoft Learn, we don't see a 2006 error code. Actually, all error codes there are a 10 digits negative number.

Any idea what the error code is for? And any idea on how to troubleshoot it?
