Hi,
I have 7 entity with closed list, when it comes to pva at the first step based on the user query need to compare from all the seven entity list and based on that would need to go to that particular flow. could you please suggest me on how to do the same.

You can have slot-filling work to redirect users to a branch or another topic, each with their own flow.
