Gallery - add "thisItem" - "Date" or "drop down menu result"

Good morning,

I created a gallery of my list.

I want to add on the line a "THISITEM".

 

if it's a simple answer, no worries but if it is "DATE" or "result from a drop-down menu", I have no result.

 

how should I rate my THISITEM if it is a DATE or a DROP DOWN MENU CHOICE?
