Hi, Please help

Im using the expression below in a gallery:

AddColumns(
    GroupBy('itemLedgerEntries', itemNo, GroupedItems),
    TotalRemainingQty,
    Sum(GroupedItems, remainingQuantity)
)
If i hover the expression i get the below,showing the correct values

However in the gallery i have the following not showing any data and message(This formular uses scope, which is not presently supported for evaluation) for TotalRemainingQty :

Where exactly am i getting it wrong?

    How do galleries show grouped by items in a column on a single row? If this is what the provided screenshots imply.

    Watching this for an answer.

    Hi Maxwell,

    The message "This formula uses scope, which is not presently supported for evaluation" just means that the instant view of the value can not be displayed in the formula editor. If your gallery was connected to a predefined Collection, you would still see the same thing. This is not the reason the value is not displaying.

    I did some testing with similar formulas. I am able to display the TotalRemainingQty in the Gallery.

    Can you check the settings on the textbox you are using for the TotalRemainingQty? From the screenshot you have, the Font is blank. (I tried that as well.)

    Try adding a new textbox to the Gallery Template and set the Text to: ThisItem.TotalRemainingQty

    Hi Maxwell,

    Can you provide more information on how you changed the expression so that other users might know they answer if they have similar problems?

    Thanks

    ThisItem.TotalRemainingQty.Value

    Here is the expression that resolved the issue:

    AddColumns(
        GroupBy(
            AddColumns( 'itemLedgerEntries',RemQty,
                Sum(remainingquantity)
            ),
            itemNo,
            GroupData
        ),
        TotaRemQty,
        Sum(
            GroupData,
            RemQty
        )
    )
