Related Documents tab not appearing after deployment to new environment

I've recently deployed a solution (app, tables, etc) from my dev environment to my test environment. SharePoint document management is enabled on my table.

In my dev environment there's a link to the Documents tab under "Related".

However, in my test environment, it's missing:

The one-to-many relationship between my table and the Document Location table exists in both environments.

Am I missing some piece of configuration?

I have the same question (0)

    Can you please check that you have done step no.3 in the below 👇 article;

    @Mira_GhalyThanks - yes, already done that, confirmed that again just now. Still nothing.

    (I receive the message "Microsoft Dynamics 365 List component is not installed. Install the List component to enable SharePoint to automatically create a hierarchical folder structure on SharePoint for Microsoft Dynamics 365 records. The List component also enables you to get the appearance and behavior of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 list." but I don't think that's applicable here.)

    Did you choose server side synchronisation?

    I don't think I quite understand. How is server-side synchronisation (of emails, etc.) related to document management?

    In the dev environment I have server-side synchronisation for email on, but it's not something I'm looking to run in the test environment.

    Please follow the below article to enable SharePoint server side synchronisation:

    @Mira_Ghaly  I realised that you meant (I think) server-based SharePoint integration, not server-side synchronisation (which is something else entirely). I switched it on via the link "Enable Server-Based SharePoint Integration" and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks for nudging me in the right direction.
