I have built several model-driven power apps over the past 12 months but this week when attempting to create a new app I have noticed that the designer interface has changed and when I create a new custom dataverse table to add to my model-driven power app the default views and forms are no longer being generated. I have tried to create new views and forms for my custom tables but when I publish these to the app the command bar is blank, both in the views and the forms! Therefore, there is no way to create new records. If I associate existing tables I have previously created in dataverse before the designer interface update they all work fine, all the views and forms are available and the command bars appear as expected. I have access to several environments both in our business and external client environments and this behaviour is consistent across all environments and using different user accounts all which have full system admin permissions. I have checked my access to the custom entities, and I have full permissions. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I'm missing? I am trying to follow the exact steps I've used to build model-driven apps before but something has definitely changed and I can't find a way around this.
@brynl, well, I just checked and I have the same issue. I don't know what is going on. Using the Classic Mode is working though!

@brynl, this issue seems to be resolved now. Please test creating new table and wait for few minutes for the views and forms to be created. Let me know if you are still facing the same issue.
Having the exact same issue. I was working on this a month or two ago and never had any issues. Come back to add some more tables and get hit with this. Very frustrating.
