Error 80040217 during solution upgrade

Hi guys,

I receive the following error during updating my solution on a production environment:

 
Error code
80040217
Exception message
workflow With Id = 4700121e-e807-eb11-a813-000d3abaac27 Does Not Exist
 
The missing workflow is the one, which creates case from email.
But it is not missing! I can see in both solutions.

Could you please help me? It would be very important for us!

    What options are you using while importing the solution? Do you have any unmanaged layer on top of the workflow component in your production box?
