I'm having trouble figuring out if this is possible and if so what the syntax would be. I have the following:

2 SharePoint lists. On SP List A, a column with a list of codes (trip codes). On SP List B, a lookup column referencing those trip codes.
In my power app, I have a field using Choices(@'SP List B'].'Trip Code') which I am then hoping to filter using a "startswith" function.
I cannot get the filter to work with startswith referencing SP List B at all. So I changed the syntax to the following:
- Filter(Choices([@'SP List B'].'Trip Code'),
  Value in Filter(SP List A.'Trip Code', StartsWith('Trip Code',"21")))
- This sort of works. It is slow to load (guessing due to the multiple lookups going on) and it only returns a smaller list of trip code options, not the entire list filtered down to those trip codes starting with 21.
- The original column trip code is a text field, not numeric.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong? Thanks!
