Approvals Process - email response not registering

Hi,

I have created a Flow using an approval process.  When the recipient answers via Teams, the response registers and the Flow continues.  However, when the approver responds via the outlook email, nothing happens.  The system doesn't seem to recognize that a response has been given.

Please help!
