Hi Everyone,

I am keen to create my second Chatbot at my employment and I’m trying to think of one good idea for our new hybrid ways of working . I have had a couple ideas like offering employee general office and travel information, possibly more HR related assistance but I thought it was worth asking here in this forum for other PVA ideas that people know are a hit with everyone. @Alexa2022 I've been thinking about this too - we're deploying chatbots on our customer-facing websites but will be adding more internal bots once we're done. Here's what we've identified so far:
HR: answer common questions, provide links to HR systems (to request time off, to change benefits, to see announcements, etc)
IT: to step through basic troubleshooting steps and provide links to request human support as well as log a project
Customer Service: provide basic information - especially the obscure stuff that customers ask from time to time that folks may not remember as well as automate some requests and escalations.
