It seems that my default environment was setup with the incorrect base language. How can this be modified?

Thank you for this note. I indeed already completed this prior to my post. Unfortunately it leaves me with at least some system table names that are not translated when I create APPS. This makes it quite difficult to locate some of these to interact with. In any regards our whole company speaks English and a small subset speaks Dutch. It is incredibly inconvenient to have the default be in Dutch. It seems that the first user to setup power apps is the one that “created” this default environment and chose Dutch.
I also had to add English which was even more bizarre.
