Hello,
2. Yes, see the question above.
3. That depends on how you've created the agent - via M365 Copilot with limited capabilities or via Copilot Studio. If the second option, then you need to maintain the license in order to have the capacity (Copilot Studio license is consumption based - 25000 messages/month).
4. That depends on where they were created, see above. If via Copilot Studio, then they can use them without the license - the consumption is tenant or environment wide (I don't remember exactly and can't find it).
5. It's tied to Copilot Studio license which's consumption-based.
6. Which license to Copilot do you mean? Copilot Studio one is tenant/environment wide.
7. I think I've explained this above.
8. I'm not sure if I understand the question. I think it could be possible to build that kind of chatbot in Copilot Studio.
Regarding the last part: yes, it can integrate with Teams.
What's worth understanding is that: "Microsoft Copilot Studio offers select capabilities for extensibility of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the $30.00 user license. This is separate to the standalone license.". So it means that you can extend M365 Copilot within its license by using Copilot Studio, but nothing more.
I hope that it's understandable. I've done my best, based on the knowledge I have currently. Please note that the licensing is changing a lot day-by-day, so keep that in mind.
In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.
