We are considering the purchase and implementation of Copilot Studio to develop a chatbot capable of answering customer inquiries for our company. Could you please clarify the following questions:
- Do we need the Copilot Studio license priced at $200 to create the Agents?
- Can users with a regular M365 Copilot create Copilot Agents?
- Once the agents are developed and deployed, is it necessary to maintain the Studio License, or can it be cancelled afterward?
- Do users of these Copilot Agents require an M365 Copilot, or can they use it for free (e.g., when embedded in a website)?
- How is the ongoing cost incurred for usage calculated? It mentions a cost per number of messages—who does this cost apply to? Is it tied to the Copilot Studio License?
- Once a user purchases a license to use Copilot, do they also need to obtain a separate M365 license?
- For building a copilot: $200 per month per tenant for 25,000 messages, with additional packs available. For customizing Copilot for Microsoft 365: Copilot Studio is included in the $30 user license. Could you please explain this further? Currently, our company has an M365 copilot license. Can we use the same license, or must we purchase an additional $30 license?
- Do you have an application that can integrate with a backend database, interpret natural language queries, convert them into SQL statements, retrieve the relevant data, and present the results in natural language (English)?
