Can I use an HTTP Request to SharePoint action to add individuals to a document library?

I have been able to break the inheritance of permissions for a specific document library (the doc library will be unique to the flow) using Power Automate but would like to add a follow on action to add certain users. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey Mate, I usually use "Grant access to an item or a folder" action, maybe you can use the same
