Running Total Solution

Hi,
 
I am trying to create a running total solution that will ultimately be used to create a graph that will go in a Dashboard inside Model Driven App.
 
I know this can ben done with PowerBI but I want to explore options of not using Power BI as this is a very small client.
 
I also need this to be reasonably up to date thought out the day, so a refresh once per day is not going to be acceptable.
 
Consider a simple graph that will show a line of the total number of quotes per day and it simply adds all the previous days.
 
 
Can I achieve a Running Total by day without Power BI?
 
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    You will not be able to replicate that graph in the graphics of a model driven chart.

    You could use the XRMToolbox tools to modify some aspects of the graph but it will not be the same, perhaps using the bar graph in one series and then the line graph in another series.
     
    To accumulate you should use rollup if they are currency or if they are numbers you can use rollup or columns of Power FX formulas

    If you don't want to use PBI, then IMO you could use a React based PCF control and use a React library like below and then draw charts, this chart will be real-time.
