PBI within PowerApp not getting refreshed.

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to refresh the Powerbi tile within Powerapps which I have connected using the dashboard pin.

Some users get the below error message when clicking on the refresh icon.

 

Can someone help me understand the error message : 

"PowerBI.RefreshDataset failed: "Cannot read server response."  

 

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
