Hello, I am creating a flow with powerautomate in our Organization , I understand the flows .... but when I am using msdyn_CreateOperationSetV1 I get this error : (the IDs were deleted .... )

Please can somebody tell me where exactly can I found the settings for these privileges ? please note I am not admin , and I muss give our admins exactly where we can found this ....
