Hi,

I have created BPF and assigned security roles and it's working as expected in dev environment. Once I moved the solution to production, the BPF is not appearing. Do I need to do anything after importing the solution in production environment?

Please suggest me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hello @aaedla

That's strange, can you please open the solution which you have imported and Click add Existing Cloud Flow and Check OUTSIDE Environment or Inside Environment.

Else Navigate to https://flow.microsoft.com and check

    Hi @aaedla ,

Is it not showing on new records as well as records that exist?  Are you able to select in the Process from menu and "Switch Process" and does it show in the list?

Verify that your security roles in production have access to this BPF.  Every BPF is an entity now and needs to be in the permission settings for the role so if it is not there it will not show.  This is the primary reason I have had this issue in the past.
