Sort a look up column in a Gallery

Hi, I'm trying to use the SortbyColumns function to sort a look up field.

 

In the Gallery I refer to the field this way:

ThisItem.'Facility'.Name

 

How can I sort this column?

 

Also, can I apply a Filter to the look up column?
