For my copilot agent, I've setup an inactivity topic triggered by 15min inactivity. I want to know from users whether their questions were answered, therefore it redirects to the default "end of conversation" topic.
The "End of Conversation" topic asks if the question was answered, escalates or asks for feedback (CSAT), and if the user has further questions. This eventually leads to the user indicating "no more questions" which ends the conversation:
Now the problem: 15min later, the inactivity topic is triggered again. Same goes for a reset of the conversation. The bot sends its welcome message again, and if the user doesnt react, 15min later the iniactivity topic is triggered.
How can I change the configuration of the inactivity trigger, so that it is not triggered when the conversation has ended (or just started?)
