I am trying to use Confluence connector as knowledge source in Copilot however on the wizard unable to view all my confluence workspaces. Only few default are available to select. I have permission to the workspace but still not listed. Can someone please help with any tips/ideas to verify? Ref link Confluence - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

I'm also having the problem. It seems like there is a limit of 50 spaces that appears but its unclear why spaces are chosen over others

Hello,
I am facing that same issue with my Confluence connector. I can visualize all of the workspaces, but when it comes to the pages, just a certain amount can be visualized and consulted. I have checked the documentation regarding the connector and it doesn't mention any kind of limitation or configuration to change this. From the last time I checked, there was mostly technical information and barely any instruction on its setup and configuration. If you do end up find a solution or the reason behind this issue, do let me know as well.

I face the same issue. It lists 100 spaces but unfortunately not the ones I actually need.

I haven't faced this problem as such. My connectors is listing 100s of workspaces, and I created a new space just now, and selected 'default space setting' (set up by admin). Immediately my connector is able to see that space from the list.

Probably some space setting differences between those spaces available to you vs those not available.

If possible, request confluence admin to compare the space setting of a space that is visible in the connector vs that is not visible. probably that will give some leads.
