Hi Warren,
That didnt work.
@AB21 ,
If you want a string value
Concat( ThisItem.'Lunch Items', Value, "," )
Hi,
I have managed to get the items appear in sharepoint via the power app by removing the form and adding it back in however they come in like this:
But I need the items to appear like this in sharepoint:
Is this a sharepoint setting or power app?
That is what the code I supplied does
Where do I need to put this code?
I have tried it in default but it errors out
Sorry, but I am getting a bit lost here - where are you using this code ?
Apologies for not being clear:
That is the Data Card, not the control - it will not work there as this simply needs to refer to the field. Also you need a Text control if you want to have comma-delimited values - if it is a drop-down, you need it the way it is now.
I'm not entirely sure how I managed to achieve it for another column with a dropdown on a different screen / form.
I have a screen (screen1) designed for processing orders, and it functions as intended.
I duplicated this screen (lunchv2)
In the original screen (Screen1), the comma functionality works flawlessly. However, I can't recall the specific method I used to enable this, I duplicated the screen (lunchv2) to substitute "food options" with "lunch items" while still utilising the same SharePoint list.
Given that I've replaced "food options" with "lunch items" in the duplicated screen, it seems likely that the code responsible is embedded somewhere within the data card.
If not there, perhaps it's associated with the SharePoint list. Any thoughts or suggestions on where to find it?
