I created a flow in Microsoft Power Automate to be used in Copilot Studio as a plugin. The purpose of the flow is to send an email by entering sender, recipient, subject, and body from a chatbot (Copilot) created with Copilot Studio. I configured SendGrid (Send an email (V4)) and generated the key, correctly entering it when I created the connection in Power Automate, which is shown as connected. When I run the flow, it returns the following error. Why?

Error Message: The flow ‘mail ticket’ (‘3835d617-7a8c-ef11-ac21-000d3addb969’) failed to run with response code ‘BadGateway’, error code: NoResponse. Error Code: FlowActionBadRequest Conversation Id: a3ba848c-fd69-4560-8810-1fd6837a25a6 Time (UTC): 2024-10-18T05:57:39.687Z

If the API key is invalid or expired, SendGrid won’t process the request. Even if the connection in Power Automate shows as "connected," it’s possible that the key provided to SendGrid or the connection string might have changed or been entered incorrectly.

Try sending an email using the SendGrid API directly (e.g., via Postman) to check if the issue is with SendGrid or Power Automate.

Thank you for the response, I will try to verify. Could you possibly suggest an alternative way to send an email through (chat bot) Copilot Studio, using a Microsoft Power Automate flow, which takes user-input data: sender's email address, email subject, and email body always through the chat bot?"
