User stuck on sign in permission page

Hi,

I've created a PowerApp that all the students on my school must use.

Works fine for everyone except this one user, he is stuck on the permission page before the PowerApps executes.

The SharePoint and Outlook connectors are correct, but the OneDrive connector shows "Error signing in [Repair connection]"

It's strange because my PowerApp doesn't even use a OneDrive connector.

We've tried clicking the repair link, it doesn't do anything. Using diferent browsers, happens the same on Edge, Firefox and Chrome. Also using a incognito mode. He loged in on the OneDrive page and sign out, nothing. Finally he also tried using a diferent computer and same thing happens.

I really don't know what's wrong.

    Hi @U_Idigoras

There must be a connector in there for Onedrive either in the PowerApps or a Flow connected to a powerapp which uses the onedrive connector

Go to the powerapp connections and remove the onrdrive connection and publish the app

Yes, I didn't think about the Flow.

But anyway, the error has to be for a reason, every other student is able to access the PowerApp.

In the meantime I will disable the Flow for this student I guess.

    Thanks!

    Hi @U_Idigoras

How did you solve your issue? Is it possible to disable flow for one user at all?

I have similar problem. My flow (export to excel/csv to OneDrive) is connected to the PowerApps.

Is it probably some issue of the user with his OneDrive?
