Create hyper link in Label

Hi all,

 

I have added a Label field with few line of text, and I want to make a hyper link on Terms of Reference which opens a webpage. Can you please help me how to do this?

    There could be better solution however, May be

     

    1. you can replace Label with "HTML Text" and add necessary HTML

    2. If label is must for whatever reason (Assuming this is fixed text), place label and then HTML Input and another Label next to each other and split text between three control (Bit of overkill)
