How to edit multiple entity webform steps in PowerApps Portal

Hello,

I have two entities: Entity1 & Entity2. I have created a web form with 2 steps. Step1 from Entity1 and Step2 from Entity2. Now I want to edit the both steps.

My concern is how to pass query string parameter onclick of "Next" button from Step1.

How to achieve this requirement? Please suggest.

Hi,

You can use Entity reference to associate the entity B record on the form with another record of entity A.

You can also use JavaScript to append the ID of entity A record and then on the webform step for entity B use the Form Definition -> Record Source -> Query String.

Without appending ID using JavaScript you can also use Record Source->Result from Previous step.
