Dear community, sorry for this basic question but I'm kinda new to the tool and community 😉
I' currently playing around with my first bot and can't find the questions by users that couldn't be answered by the bot. My expectation would be that I can take those questions and turn them into topics - is this feature available and if yes, where can I find it?

Regarding your question, you can see the analysis, extract the report of the session, and extract the conversation transcript to see better about the issues, success, and everything around the conversation with the user.
