How can I create shared connections for e.g. Teams action so that all agent users can use them?

I built an agent in Copilot Studio and also a few Copilot flows (implemented in the agent directly, not via tools).
When I use the agent everything works but when a colleague uses the agent it comes to the point when they have to open the connection manager.
And even if they sign in with their credentials they can't connect:
 
The colleagues have access to the environment and can use the agent without problems.
Just the connection for the actions inside the flows is the problem.
 
While building the flows, I had to login with my credentials (access token mandatory). Is this the problem?

    The users connecting via connection manager should be adequate for Copilot Flows. 
     
     
    You’ve said the users have access to the environment which is good. Do they also have a security role assigned within the environment? I can’t find reference to this but maybe they need basic user at a minimum?

    Hey all, meanwhile I got the problem... tbh kinda stupid.
    The flows used the users plan and not the copilot plan. Due to the premium connectors, they couldn't connect.
    I changed to Copilot plan and now everything works.
