Error message when creating an agent

Hi,
 
I always get the error message "Beim Erstellen des Agents ist ein Problem aufgetreten" = error while creating the agent
I've tried different settings with same result.

    Hello,
    Probably you don't have permissions on the environment. I would recommend you to create a Personal Developer environment, and create the agent in that environment.

    Despite the fact that I was admin of the previous environment, this solved the issue! Thanks.
