Running Flow

Hi, 
 
I hace a flow that creates a PDF file when is executed, the thing is i'm checking the app after a long time and the flow isn't working anymore, I tried adding it to a button but I can't manage to make it work.
 
 
Does anybody know why is this happening and how can I fix it?

    Hey, 
     
    Can you test if the Flow works by itself without beeing connected to the app?
    Is it normal that your file name starts with a "(" this will probably be the problem because the variable is without the "(".
