Personal agents vs. corporate agents

Hello,
I have, as far as I'm concerned, two MS Copilot Studio development environments. I access one via the Microsoft 365 app on my desktop by selecting "Create Agent."
The other an be reached via the portal https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/
In both environments, different agents are displayed, and I can't see the other agents.
Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?
The agents I published via the portal are also not displayed anywhere. Where could the user find them?

    Are you able to share pictures of the desktop "Create Agent"?
    I don't think you can with MS Copilot.

    The web portal also has environments, such as the default environment.
