Flow from power apps portals entity list view on click of cancel request as an action button after every record

Hi Experts,

Can any one let me know the exact way of doing the flow from the power pages portals to trigger on click of a cancel request action button to cancel the request and button should be placed end of the every record as an action button.

On click of the cancel request button in the entity list view, the current record will be cancelled and the status will be changes to Request cancelled.

Hi @Hareesh2728,

I dont believe theres any ootb way of doing this, prehaps consider change your List to a editable subgrid? that way user can change the status on the view.

If above suggestion is not what you want, can i ask if the cancel request button is custom build?

You can add a Workflow action per row item. This is a classic synchronous workflow, for more info:

Yes it is custom button and button has been created but the flow is not triggering while clicking on it

Can you see any errors in the console or network tab of your browser.

If it's a custom button, how are you triggering the Flow or did you configure it as per the link in the previous comment

Yes I have added the work flow and taken the HTTP request received url of the trigger and the next step what should I take I don't have any idea

Does the http request submit? Could you verify that its correct and that you have added the Flow to the portal. I assume you calling the flow from JavaScript?

Yes I used JS script to call the flow and added the url to the portal's java script

From the Flow, you are trying to Apply Each on a value they is not an Array.
