How can I create a Form with add button? I mean, if we click the button "Add question" we will get question #2 or #3,....
I aslo want to attach a picture to my answers. How can I do that?

in my point of view this is not possible because you would need to add it in the production and not in play mode.
people would need permissions to be able to change the form
