Gallery not showing all data

I have a gallery that uses a SQL database table as a source. This table is a few thousand rows long, which I know PowerApps isn't great at handling. I am trying to filter by date in this gallery, and have no issues filtering from the first couple hundred rows of the table, but anything more recent will not show. If i remove the filter and just add the source, I can scroll for days and read every entry in the table. When I add the filter, it will only show entries from the first couple hundred rows. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks

    Hi

    Just :-) ask yourself, can you help you without seeing the actual code and filter :-)

    No, we are good, but not that good

    Also, are you getting any Delegation Warnings? Which, if so thats why.

    Also, is your delegation limit set to 500, or 2000 or what in the settings?

    Most likely a Delegation issue.
    see below from Microsoft Power Apps documentation

    You can create a calculated field in the table that contains the date as an integer.
    Since it is calculated, it does not require maintenance.
    For example:
    ALTER TABLE XXX ADD FiltroFecha AS ((DATEPART(year, fecha_recepcion) * 10000) + (DATEPART(month, fecha_recepcion) * 100) + DATEPART(day, fecha_recepcion));
    Then you can filter by converting the value in PowerApps in the same way against that field, so filtering an integer will not cause delegation issues.

    I have used this technique in a couple of apps and can confirm that it works.
