Suddenly the subgrid of any forms won`t display properly on the portal website, they just show up as empty spaces in the form.

    Hi @Robert94

Subgrid won't be displayed in Insert Mode. This is OOB feature. You can also check in Dataverse this.

The reason behind it is we can not attach any subgrid record without creating a main record.

hi @Robert94 there are a few options here:

    1. Change your Basic Form to an Advanced Form, in the 1st step the user creates the record, and the 2nd step they add the related records (subgrid)
    2. Create another Page with another Basic Form (edit mode), and then on the Insert Basic Form you can redirect to your new Page, so basically the user would be refreshed and would see the subgrid

    hope this helps

I`d have to make it by steps right? So when I click next the record is being registered and the subgrid will show up in the next step? Is this the only way?

Above I have solutions 1 and 2 that are slightly different.. but the results are pretty much the same

Ultimately users would navigate through steps or pages
