Hello All, I sincerely apologice for posting the same thing over and over but I am still not able to figure out why this is happening.

In the teams mobile app my bot is displaying for me as Uknown User, in the desktop app it is showing as Bot User - f3cd9634-5f57-4743-88.....

I am not sure why this is happening can anyone pleas please guide me. It used to just show up as SharePoint Compensation Bot.

My role has recently changed, I am still in the same department, is this why? I just dont know where to look to resolve this.
