I realize I can include a link in a message response, but I'm wondering if I can deliver multimedia directly in the PVA reply.

You can use the Markdown language to insert a hyperlinked thumbnail. The video will then play in another window when the user clicks on the Thumbnail. Take a look at the solution in this thread for more details.

@KyleCrawford just an additional note here to say that in the new preview canvas you can add videos to the responses easily using the updated message / question nodes.

Step2: You can fill the details here and save the Topic and run the bot, then you will find the video in pva
