I am creating a five star rating component using star icon.

I have use star icon. To make it half filled I have added a rectangle at the middle of icon but I don't know how can i control this.

So that it work as a rating component.

Could anyone suggest some idea.

    Why not use the default rating control instead of creating one from scratch?
