Hi Everyone!

@oliver.rodrigues Firstly, followed your tutorial: Power Pages – Autocomplete Lookup / Dropdown – Oliver Rodrigues and this greatly assisted in creating the autocomplete feature for my lookup which I greatly appreciate! Thank you! However, what I noticed is that when I add data to the autocomplete lookup/dropdown and go to the next step of the multistep form if i were to click the previous button and go back to the previous step the data in the autocomplete lookup/dropdown disappears? How can I ensure that I can retain the data that is selected in the autocomplete lookup/dropdown if the user were to click next and then decided to go back to the previous step? Thank you for your time.

    Lookup Field Autocomplete Multistep Form
This suggests that either the value isn't being set/saved when you move forward, or more likely the code is running again when you go back to the page.

I have had a scenario like this and had to tweak the code to only run if the field has no value in it, otherwise you'll be in a loop?

I'd suggest first checking that the data is saved to Dataverse when you move to the next page. This will confirm it's probably the second scenario, then maybe add some logs to the console to check the code behaves as you want.
